The District One Commissioner asked GRC Design Group to Create a Conceptual Site Plan for their new facility including parking lots, sidewalk access, and landscape. The intent was to incorporate as much parking into the site while keeping as much green space as possible. Screening of storage areas, large trees to provide shade in the parking lot, as well as visual interest plants were used to complete this project.
