What to Expect During Landscape Construction

Landscaping is a construction process similar to other construction processes in many ways and different in others. As with all construction projects, you may experience some degree of inconvenience while improvements are being made to your property. Please be assured that we will do our very best to keep this to a minimum. Following are some issues that can and do arise during the implementation of your landscape.

1. We take every precaution in avoiding underground utilities, (i.e. water, sewer, phone, TV cable, gas, etc.). Since they are underground and cannot be seen, we sometimes inadvertently damage them causing the need for repair.

2. Landscape construction is influenced by the weather in many ways. The most obvious influence is rainy, wet conditions. Unpredictable weather can make scheduling very difficult, so please be patient with us if the weather is a factor during the construction of your project.

3. We use a more diverse palette of materials than most “Landscapers” in our area. On occasion, some of the material that we use is difficult to locate and time consuming to procure. This can also sometimes delay certain areas of your project.

4. Landscaping is a messy job. Please be patient with us. We will clean up our mess, and you will be delighted with the final result.
