GRC Design Group was retained to create a landscape for the new Radiance Technologies building that would be both functional and visually stimulating for both the employees and for the office park as a whole. To achieve this, shade trees were implemented to bring the building into scale and relate to some of the existing landscape around the project. Rich plant textures were used to compliment the architecture of the building as well as other contrasting material for visual interest. The irrigation was also included in the design package.

Three Springs Building

GRC Design Group was retained by Hay Buchanan Architects to create a landscape that is functional and visually stimulating for the office professionals and enhances the community as a whole. The irrigation was also included in the design package.

Camber Building
Research Park
Huntsville, Alabama

The existing landscape of this research company had become overgrown and needed a facelift. The owner of the building asked GRC Design Group to provide the new landscape plan for the facility. The front of the building was redesigned with new shrubs to add interest to the entrance. New shrubs were designed for the parking lot to clean up the appearance of the property and add an element of safety while driving in the parking lot.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama
Hoover, Alabama

After undergoing a massive addition and renovation to their campus, Blue Cross Blue Shield also wanted to improve the grounds for their headquarters.

Included in the design was the addition of garden areas, natural plantings to unify the building to the Cahaba River bank below. new signage and locations, and new entrance hardscape designs to all buildings. Irrigation and traditional landscape design at other buildings were included as well.
