the entrance to this new subdivision in the River City.
Included in the design were the materials, the layout
of the walls, and plant material in order to make the
entrance a centerpiece to the new subdivision.

Huntsville, Alabama
This one hundred year-old residence is in the historic
Twickenham area of Huntsville. The owners, in the process
of renovating the interior, called on GRC Design Group
to redesign the grounds as well. The Design and construction
of this residence featured new driveways, both public
and private, with irrigation as well as landscape design.

Edge/Holderfield Residence
Huntsville, Alabama
This home is situated on the edge of Monte Sano Mountain
overlooking Jones Valley and south Huntsville. The owner
of this home brought in GRC Design Group to do site
planning for the subdivision as well as the individual
residence. Also included in the design were the hardscape
elements of driveway and details, pool decks, and stone
columns as well as irrigation and landscape design.

Cherokee Ridge, Alabama
This French Country Style residence is poised above
one of Alabama's finest golf courses, Cherokee Ridge.
The design and installation for this residence included
several types of retaining walls as well as formal and
naturalistic gardens.

Huntsville, Alabama
Desiring to change the appearance of the home, the
owner of this residence in south Huntsville asked GRC
Design Group to create a master plan for the overall
lot. The design for the front yard included a new entrance
patio, walk, and pedestrian landing as well as new landscape
to present curb appeal from the street. The back yard
included site evaluation for a new garage, new deck
for entertainment space, and new landscape. Irrigation
design was also included for the overall project.

Huntsville, Alabama
This residence is set in one of Huntsville's most prestigious
private communities. GRC Design Group created a cozy
garden with flowing stone paths, colorful perennials,
and a tranquil water feature. Sculptures, iron arbors,
and benches add interest to the property.
 Sparks
Residence
Arab, Alabama
The owner of this new residence asked GRC Design Group
to create a master plan for the overall site. The design
included the pool, the style of fence, stone columns
for the fence, driveway layout, and a stone entrance
feature. The walls for the entrance feature are designed
to look as though they had fallen down over time. The
landscape was designed to help the house fit into the
densely wooded site with native and naturalized plantings.
Irrigation and lighting design was also included for
the overall project.

Residence
Henagar, Alabama
The owner of this new residence in North East Alabama
asked GRC Design Group to create a master plan for
the overall site taking advantage of the view of Lookout
Mountain in the distance. The design included the rear
patio and fire pit, unifying the outbuilding to create
unity for the overall property, as well as landscape
and irrigation for the property.
